In my position to greet guest with a smile, take orders, sharing the importance of responding to Curbside mobile, Doordash and Uber Eats orders in real-time immediately to assure prompt deliveries by leading by example, clean, maintain dining room and front counter. Assure the customer is connected from the first point of entry into the store. Utilizes a check, label, verify communication with staff to assure functional fast, accurate , clean, friendly , safe guest experience during each visit. Suggest customer's complete the customer survey online. Stock condiments and assist where needed inside the store. Build positive rapport with customers and staff. Discuss security measures with the staff to assure safety protocols are met to prevent future losses, protection and undocumented incidents with the company. Assure the play area gets sanitized and cleaned during my shift to prevent cross contamination and airborne illnesses are not spread throughout the restaurant. Shared concerns about business operations to protect the company assets , name with good order and discipline. Gets feedback and concerns from customers, resolve conflicts with compassion, people first concern, motivate staff during busy shifts. The front line to assure customer accommodation are met first-hand to ensure staff is educated on uniform set governmental rules and practices, constraints, civil rights, employees rights, and national federal employment rights are followed to protect our organization as a whole using the chain of command. In addition , to reminding co-workers of ServSafe food and beverage safety training standards and certificate program administered by the U.S. National Restaurant Association safety pre-cautions for customers and employees. The program is accredited by ANSI and the Conference for Food Protection. Reminding management of the importance of having each employee certificate visable for customers to gain trust and confidence in what the are consuming into their internal body.

Calculate how many suggestive sales goals should be met for each of my shifts to increase revenue. Strategically plans to generate more in-kind donations for the national organization's 501 (3) c, charity non-profit process of defining its strategy for a new direction, and for making tax receipts for customers to have the ability to get tax breaks for their in-kind donations on allocating its resources to pursue this plan in a tech savvy way. Utilizing a POS cash system that is a computerized cash register used to ring up sales totals per transaction, processes payments, Apple pay, now tracks in-kind donation totals daily, also combines tracking of all sales, inventory, waste and customer survey data within one system for more accurate accounting methods. Able to work long hours.
